They guide you through the process expertly, including using sophisticated forms for you to give feedback, do website mockups, etc. They were very patient with my relative lack of knowledge in this area. They came up with terrific ideas. We ended up with a site that is both very pretty AND very useful and easy to navigate.
We can tell it’s well designed because not only do people complement us on it, they also almost never contact with questions that could have been answered with a well-designed website. It is clearly giving our customers the information they need in a concise way, which is terrific.
